Start Today- Get Somewhere New

Every successful business owner, team, and player knows the importance of having a plan. Winning a mental health battle is no different. Nowhere along the way did someone offer me a plan on how to successfully navigate the battle I was facing. That is why I created one." –Jennifer Tracy

Action GamePlan

You wake up every day wondering if things will ever change?

It wasn't always like this. And now, you look at yourself in the mirror and wonder, how did I get here? What is wrong with me? Why can't I be happy, why am I so depressed? Yikes, if people knew the thoughts inside my head I'd be locked up for sure.

Every day offers you the long list of to-do's and it feels like most everyone is checking those things off their list just fine. Sometime's you wonder, are they really that happy or are they just faking it? If you're honest with yourself, you know you're faking it.

Chances are if you are reading this, you already know you have issues. Maybe issues that you're in denial about because the honest truth of facing it seems too much to bear. The honest truth, yes, the truth that if your supervisor, Seargent, friends, employees, the pastor you serve alongside knew the truth, you'd probably lose your job. Real fear. And if not fear of losing your job, at least their respect.

Possibly it's your pride, after all, there are thousands of therapists and doctors who can help you, right? Yet, knowing, where to start, feels overwhelming. Deep inside you wonder if you can trust them.

It doesn't have to be this way.

"Behind every sucessful team and player is an imperfect coach inspiring their players to push through, endure, never give up and to ultimatley succeed." - Jennifer Tracy

Jennifer effortlessly drops her shield to become completely vulnerable creating a sense of safety which allows others to do the same.

As a First Responder myself, I know that PTSD is real and that it comes with the role of being a first responder. The greater awareness that Jennifer creates is supportive to me and my ability to care for myself which allows me to be supportive to my fellow fighter fighters.

Jennifer's program is presented in such an away that only a person who has actually survived this kind of tragic experience can connect with and relate to others who may be struggling."

Did you know thousands of people are walking around feeling the same way as you?

That will not be you after we meet!

Imagine what it would feel like to be able to talk freely with me about those things that haunt you and instead of feeling judged you realize you are actually talking to someone who has been where you are?

Someone who knows what's at stake if you are 'real' with the wrong person.

After going through this 90-Minute Session you will:

Feel relief that I have thought this entire thing through. (I have the plan!)
Feel shocked at what we can accomplish in 90-Minutes.
Feel encouraged that you aren't alone.
Feel hopeful that maybe you can survive what you are facing.
Feel confident about taking that next step instead of fear.

Jennifer changed my way of thinking SO much!

I just feel like I think things through more now in a positive sense and I finally have figured out I can’t fix all the things I want to. And I’m getting better at accepting that!!
This has been a very long rambling email...lol. I’m sorry for that🤷‍♀️ If you haven’t given up reading this yet I want you to know you have made a difference in my life. You helped me with confidence I didn’t know I had and a new way to look at what others might be going thru and though I may not truely understand all they are dealing with...I will not judge them as harshly! I’m more sympathetic but I’m trying to not enable and let myself get walked on at the same time.

Be inspired to change your life, regardless of where you are or what’s happened to you.

That first day I met her was the first day she empowerd me.

That was the first of many, and I continue to wonder what my life would be like today, just a few short weeks later, if I hadn’t met her on that morning. If I need a pick-me-up, I go to Jennifer. In just a few moments she can make me feel like I can take on the world. She fills me with strength and sends me back out into the world as a new woman"

Some people call me JT-

For the past ten years, I've been speaking, teaching and working with individuals who are facing overwhelming life challenges. Stuck in grief, addiction, depression and an unfair system where you can't win. A system where if you reach out for help, you could lose your job, reputation, marriage, maybe everything. But if you don't do something, you feel like you're going to lose your mind and possibly everything that's important to you. Sadly, you and I know, too many lives that have been lost due to social stigma in regard to mental health.

I truly love working with good-hearted, hard-working people who feel hopeless and isolated inside of their own minds.

That's you, isn't it? You care about people. You would give the shirt off your back for a friend or family member in need. But this, this has you feeling worthless. I know, I've been there. When I was in the midst of my battle with suicidal ideation I was convinced that my daughters were better off without me. And then when my husband and daughter died and my diagnosis of PTSD followed shortly, I didn't know who I was. Since that day, I've fought to be this woman and in 2016 I worked my way off disability to re-enter the workforce.

If you haven't been in the psychiatric unit- please let my experiences of being in there help you. (This is partly why my Action GamePlan is so successful.)

If you have a job and family you love that you don't want to lose, but you don't have a clue how to get out of the mess you are in, please let my experience of navigating a very unfair system help you.

If you have tried a few things but you are still struggling, please let my fresh set of eyes help you find a solution to what you are facing.

I understand that these issues we are looking into are serious and scary to talk about.

Do you think it was easy for me to write about the day I was going to take my life and publish that? It wasn't. I get it. Only you can decide what you are going to do about the deep pit of pain you feel inside.

I've got you- Let's do this!

Jennifer’s teachings encompasses so much...how to survive your childhood, depression, hope and creating a meaningful life."

You made a big difference in my life and helped me to remain abstinent from alcohol."
